Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent (Masters preferred)

Required skills:

  • Need to have QA experience as well as they will perform side to side with a QA lead.
  • Experience with writing test codes. Test driven developement a plus.
  • Must have 4-5 years of experince with .net. Will consider strong candidates if they have less experience.

Java J2EE Consultants

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent (Masters preferred)

Required skills:

  • Strong hands-on technical skills (Java, JSP, Javascript, J2EE, EJB, Web services, XML and SQL are required)
  • Designing and building multi-tier web-based enterprise applications
  • J2EE development using any application server
  • Database development using Oracle or DB2
  • Sun Java Certification
  • Strong working knowledge of UNIX and Window environments
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration, Internet Security, and Performance Management
  • Exposure to software project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of Hibernate, Ajax, Struts, etc. is a big plus

Peoplesoft Techno-Functional Lead

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent (Masters preferred)

Peoplesoft Financials Techno Functional lead will assist in Peoplesoft application Upgrade/Re-implementation from Version 8.8 to Version 9.0 and implementing the new functionalities in newer version. This position will follow the structured methodology in tailoring current business process to PeopleSoft delivered functionalities & capabilities to configure the system with minimal enhancements in parallel with the upgrade. This position will also assist technical team to understand client core functional requirements and transform them into technical requirements. The initial duration of this assignment is for 3 to 6 months

Required skills:

  • 6+ year's functional configuration experience in three or more PeopleSoft Financial Application modules.
  • Experience in implementations, upgrade and customizations in AP, AM, GL, PO of Version 9.0.
  • Experience in nVision a must
  • Experience in Enterprise portal, eSettlements, Expenses is a PLUS
  • Iindividual must possess hands-on techno functional expertise with PeopleSoft version 9.0
  • Proven experience as a lead in large and complex Financial upgrade projects
  • Understanding of data structure changes between application releases and impact to application functionality
  • Functional and technical knowledge of financial AP, AM, GL & PO with ability to configure new environments.
  • Able to understand the current business process around accounting/reconciliation and provide thought leadership on tailoring current business process to PeopleSoft delivered functionalities & capabilities.
  • Ability to understand the client functional requirements and transform them into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft tools and technologies such as Integration Broker, Application Designer, Peoplecode, Application Engine, Security, NVision, Crystal Reports, Workflow & XML Publisher.
  • Thorough knowledge of General Ledger Interfaces and Chartfield configuration is a must.
  • Knowledge of implementing paperless workflow in several financial areas like Requisition approval, T&E approval, Journal Approval etc.
  • Automation of several Invoice creation processes in accounts payable.
  • Excellent communication & client interfacing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both independently and as part of a team
  • Capable of conducting user training sessions.
  • Must poses multi tasking ability and work under severe time constraints.
